Lighting:  Fixtures, placement, and electrical plans.  Fabrication of custom lighting.

Plumbing:  Sinks, Faucets, Shower heads, etc.

Cabinetry and Case goods:  Modification, custom fabrication, fixed or transitional.

Furniture:  Manufactured to the trade and custom. Various options from construction, size, fabric, wood finishes, nail head, welts, etc.
     
Textiles:  To the trade fabrics that are unavailable to the general consumer.
     
Accessories: Unusual objects  that cannot be purchased at a local craft store.  Placement.

Antiques, Oddities and Salvage:  Relationships with dealers who can assist in locating  hard to find items.

Window Treatments:  Custom Draperies, wood blinds, and shutters.  Unique designs.  Measure, Fabricate, Install.

Custom Bedding and Table Linens:  Creative concepts in one of a kind bedding... made to fit.

Remodeling  and Building Projects

Assist Builders, Developers, and Contractors:  Selection of materials. Oversee aesthetics, functionality, and working  plans.

Assist Real estate agents with pre-list improvements and staging
