Nationally-regarded interior designer Heidi Griffin has been creating upscale interiors for over 10 years. Her creative vision and remarkable work has helped homeowners and businesses express their dreams by creating uncommon interior spaces that speak for themselves. Heidi Griffin Interiors was established in 1995 with the purpose of accomplishing the finest for her clients by focusing on the client’s own fingerprint and creating an environment that is at once intimate, full of panache and high sophistication. It is her use of original works of art, unusual materials and artifacts, and her insight on the unpredictable impact of color that spaces become conversation pieces. It is this approach to design that has clients professing ‘I would have never thought of that.’ A full spectrum designer, Heidi’s extensive experiences range from full scale remodels and ground-up development working alongside architects and builders to smaller scale room by room design, space planning, material sourcing, and consultations. Distinguished residential projects include; Mission Hill’s, Briarcliff, Crestwood, and the River Market in Greater Kansas City, San Francisco, Asheville’s Biltmore Forest and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina; Westport, Connecticut, and Saucon Valley, Pennsylvania. Her designs have been featured in Spaces, KC Magazine, and the Kansas City Star. Community minded, she donates her talent to various organizations such as Danielle Steele’s Star Ball in San Francisco. Since 1999 she has been invited by DIFFA “Dining By Design,” a popular fundraiser, to create unique dining areas for patrons. Educated in prelaw and interior design, Heidi graduated cum laude from Park University with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. After graduating she served her alma mater as a professor teaching “Residential Interior Design.” She completed and internship at Folkus Design which inspired her to found her own firm. Heidi is a native of Wichita, Kansas and resides in Overland Park with her husband Kevin, daughter Ingrid, and the firm's couch loving canine supporters, Tallulah and Hudson. |
